If you are interested in applying for the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP), Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP), or the Meadowlark Program through NRCS, now is the time to do it! NRCS accepts applications for their programs continuously, however each program has an annual deadline to evaluate and rank applications.

We are currently taking applications for machine tree plantings for 2027. The Outdoor Heritage Fund will cover 75% of the total cost of the project including the tree planting, and the tree fabric. Minimum grant funds requested are $3,000 and the maximum is $15,000. Deadline to apply is July 15, 2026.
