PSA: We are aware of the siren issue, when we got called out this evening the siren did not stop after 2 minutes as it is programmed to do. We apologize for the disturbance this caused. The situation will be looked into and corrected ASAP.

What a weekend! From the parade to the street dance, and everything in between! BFD would like to thank the Harvest hoedown committee for all their hard work and planning to make sure a good time was had by all.

We also would like to express our gratitude to Farmers Union Oil Bowbells C-Store, and everyone who purchased pizza as 100% of the proceeds came to us. Also to James and Stacey Funk for donating all their proceeds from their rummage sale to BFD. And last but not least all the people from near and far who came and had breakfast with us this morning!

As harvest starts in full force in the coming days with the dry conditions we are facing, we stand ready to respond 24/7. We hope everyone has a safe and bountiful harvest!

🚨 Bowbells residents and surrounding areas 🚨

Bowbells Public School will be utilized as a storm shelter in the event of inclement weather this evening. It will be open until 7 pm this evening for voting purposes and will be reopened after that if needed for storms past 7 pm.

We will update any changes right here on our page along with any other storm updates. Stay weather aware this evening!
