Construction Services has wrapped up Phase II of roadway resurfacing in the Chapel Hill neighborhood. The project included asphalt milling across all roads north of SW 28th Ave between Seacrest Boulevard and I‑05, followed by fresh SPIII hot mix asphalt, new pavement markings, and updated signage. Planned for 45 days, the work was finished ahead of schedule, bringing smoother, safer streets to the community.
