it takes a village. behind every child in foster care is a team of people working tireless to advocate for them - foster parents, mentors, therapists, teachers, CASA volunteers and dedicated foster care workers.

while their work often happens behind the scenes, their impact can last a lifetime.

to every foster care worker who shows up, fights for children and reminds them they are seen, valued and worthy of love: thank you.

when people talk about foster care, they often focus on how it changes a child’s life. and it does.

but ask almost any foster parent, and they’ll tell you the same thing: it changed theirs too.

saying yes means opening your home and your heart. it’s the kind of love you never expected.

one yes can change a child’s future- it just might change yours too 🤍

two things can be true at once.

no child should have to experience the pain, loss, and uncertainty that comes with entering foster care.

and yet so many families are born because someone chose to open their heart and home.

this story isn’t a celebration of the system, it’s a reminder that love can still be found in the hardest places and that every child deserves the chance to experience it 🤍
