John A. Miccio was Born Sorrento, Italy served honorably in the US Army Air Force making rank of Tech. Sargent from 2/1/1943 to 10/3/1945.

John, flew 35 missions over Germany in B-17's from June 6, 1944 (D-Day) until September 1944 as a Radio operator and a Gunner.

At 103 years young, Harold Terens stands as a living reminder of courage, resilience, and the simple joys that keep a person going. A proud Bronx native and World War II veteran who served with the Army Air Corps, Harold helped keep P-47 Thunderbolts flying during the critical days of D-Day and beyond. He has lived through more history than most of us will ever read about, yet he still carries himself with the energy and optimism of someone who believes the best is yet to come.
And through it all, he remains a devoted New York Yankees fan. In a life filled with service, family, second chances at love, and bucket-list adventures, the pinstripes have been a steady source of pride and pleasure. Whether cheering from home or following the latest Bronx Bombers season, Harold’s loyalty to the Yankees reflects the same enduring spirit that has defined him for more than a century.
Here’s to Harold Terens — a true American original, a man who has given so much and still finds reasons to smile. May the Yankees keep winning for him, and may he keep filling the years with the same warmth, grit, and joy he has shown for 103 remarkable years.
And the man can sing also!!
