As a reminder, the Brooklyn Borough President's Office recommend that attendees bring the following documentation to the session:

Identification documents: passports, birth certificates, IDs, or immigration documents for all family members (including children).
Legal documents: any documents related to an immigration case, court dates, or previous proceedings.
Medical documents: health insurance cards, lists of medications, and any records a caregiver might need in an emergency.
Financial documents: bank account information or any documents a designated guardian would need to provide financial support for your children.
Childcare/guardianship information: the name and contact details of the person you would want to care for your children in the event you are detained.

Brooklyn Community Board 7 will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 9 @ 6:30pm at the CB7 Office located at 4201 4th Avenue (43rd Street entrance).

Agenda:

1. Presentation on land use application for 364 Coney Island Avenue on changing from an R5B District to a C4-4D District property bounded by the north east section of Kermit Place, 80 feet southwest of Coney Island Avenue, northeast centerline extension of Kermit Place, and 150 northeast of East 8th Street

2. Changing from a C8-2 District to a C4-4D District property bounded by Caton Place, Coney Island Avenue, Kermit Place, 80 feet southwest of Coney Island Avenue, northeast centerline extension of Kermit Place and 150 feet northeast of East 8th Street Following the public hearing, the Land Use/Landmarks Committee will meet to discuss.

Following the public hearing that evening, the Land Use/Landmarks Committee will meet to discuss the application.

Written testimony will be accepted until Wednesday, September 9 by 12pm.
