Country Western Dances – 2nd Fridays at the Senior Center! Dust off those boots and join us at the Burleson Senior Activity Center every 2nd Friday from 6:30–9:00 PM for a fun-filled evening of Country Western dancing!

Whether you’re here for a little friendly competition, to learn something new, or just to spend time with friends, there’s plenty of fun to join in on!

Games are available throughout the week:
🎲 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
🃏 Saturday | 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

We also have scheduled games like 42, Bunco, Rummikub, Keno, Chicken Foot and more on select days!

Our Chair Yoga class is the perfect way to slow down, gently move your body, and enjoy a little relaxation. 💛 Our instructor, Nikki, really knows how to help you stay zen while guiding you through movements designed to improve flexibility, balance, and mobility.

🤟 Our Beginner ASL Class is off to a great start!

We had a wonderful turnout for our very first class! Participants started with the ASL alphabet, building the foundation to feel more comfortable communicating with people who are Deaf or hard of hearing.

Our instructor, Jack, has a true passion for teaching, and it definitely shows in his class! We’re excited to see everyone continue learning, practicing, and building their confidence.

💪 A Record-Breaking Chair Exercise Class! 🎉

We had an AMAZING turnout for Chair Exercise—and we love seeing so many of our seniors getting up, moving, and staying active!

We’ve seen such great success with this class, especially when it comes to improving mobility, movement, and confidence for those who participate regularly.

Want to join us? There are three opportunities each week:

Clear some room in the trunk and get ready to shop the Blowout Garage Sale at the Burleson Senior Activity Center on Saturday, Sept. 5, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.!

Stop by to browse a wide variety of items, find new bargains and enjoy lunch or snacks available for purchase.

⚠️ Vendor spaces are full. The Senior Activity Center only accepts vendor applications and payments in person. Do not send payment through Facebook, Messenger, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal or any other online payment method. Anyone claiming to sell vendor spaces online is not affiliated with the Senior Activity Center.
