The Cassville Volunteer Fire Department is selling a Sure Tip Board for 💰2000.00 💵 Tips are 💰10.00 each and 300 tips will be sold.

All profits will go to the Cassville Volunteer Fire Dept. Please read the following drawing guidelines below.

Drawing Guidelines

WINNER MUST PROVIDE NAME , ADDRESS, AND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER WHEN PRIZE IS CLAIMED PER STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA AND FEDERAL LAW.

ANY UNSOLD TICKETS BECOME PROPERTY OF CASSVILLE VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT.

Please verify that all information is correct before purchase.
Upon completion of your payment, you will receive a confirmation email when the purchase has gone through. We will pull your ticket / tickets once notified then put your name on the sheet with the corresponding number. You will NOT receive a ticket number, to view your number we will post pictures of the tip board once all tips are sold. When all tips are sold, we will scratch the winning number via Facebook live and announce the winner. Please allow us time to pull the tips and post photos to Facebook. The name on Square account will be the name put in the drawing.

In the event of an over sale of chances by square. The customer or customers who were allowed to by chances after the 300th chance was sold will be refunded their money and not placed on the board.

All prizes need to be scheduled to be picked up in 30 days or prizes will become property of Cassville Volunteer Fire Department.
If winner is not local Cassville Volunteer Fire Department is not responsible for shipping.

In the event of an unreadable winning tip number, dispute of an unclear tip number, or a technical error out of the CVFD hands. CVFD must be notified of the dispute within 12 hours of the drawing. Upon being notified of a dispute CVFD raffle committee shall review the complaint. If the winning number is found to be clear and true, the clear winning number shall stand. If it is determined the winning number is indecipherable a new serial number board will be introduced and names from the previous unreadable serial numbered board shall be repulled and names will be reissued numbers on a new serial numbered board and the winner shall be determined from the new board. This process shall be repeated until a clear number is revealed.

Please allow a minimum of 48 hours to resolve any disputes.

Y'all liked our bingo so much we thought we'd offer some all Summer long! In partnership with the Cassville Fire Department , we'll have 10 games on May 3rd, June 7th, and July 12th at 2PM each day.
