The Castle Hills Police Department wants to remind everyone that mental health is just as important as physical health. Too often, men feel they must face life’s challenges alone. The truth is that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

This month, we encourage everyone to:

✅ Talk openly about your feelings
✅ Check in on your friends, family, and coworkers
✅ Prioritize sleep, exercise, and self-care
✅ Reach out for support when needed
✅ Remember that asking for help is courageous

A simple conversation can save a life. If you notice someone struggling, take a moment to reach out. Your support can make all the difference.

This past Saturday, Woodmen Life Chapter 4525 retired several U.S. flags in a respectful ceremony just in time for Flag Day. They also generously donated three new flags to our department to be proudly displayed in front of our station.

We are grateful to have been a part of this special ceremony and appreciate Woodmen Life Chapter 4525's continued commitment to honoring our nation's flag and supporting our community.

On behalf of the Castle Hills Police Department, we want to thank the San Antonio Spurs for an unforgettable season. From the opening tip to the final buzzer, this team represented our city with heart, grit, and class. They gave fans across San Antonio something to rally behind and reminded us all what it means to never stop fighting.

To the players, coaches, staff, and loyal Spurs fans—thank you for the memories, the excitement, and the pride you brought to our community. While this season has ended, our support never will.

As Game 4 approaches tomorrow, the men and women of the Castle Hills Police Department would like to wish our beloved San Antonio Spurs the best of luck as they continue their NBA Finals journey. Win or lose, we stand behind the Spurs like family. The Spurs have always represented hard work, determination, and community values—qualities that reflect the spirit of San Antonio and the residents we proudly serve.

We also stand behind all Spurs fans, whose loyalty and passion make Spurs Nation one of the best fan bases in sports. Whether you’re watching from home, attending a watch party, or cheering with friends and family, we encourage everyone to celebrate responsibly.

While playoff emotions can run high, there is never a place for violence, vandalism, or disorderly behavior. We have seen reports of incidents occurring in New York, and we want to remind everyone that true fans show their support with class and respect. Rivalries belong on the basketball court—not in our neighborhoods and communities.
