Not all leaks are easy to spot. Some leaks can happen underground, behind walls, or in crawl spaces without immediate visible signs, potentially leading to higher water usage over time.

Examples of hidden leaks may include:
• Underground service line leaks
• Plumbing leaks behind walls
• Crawl space or foundation leaks

Certain types of water usage typically do not qualify for leak adjustments, including:
• Lawn watering or irrigation
• Filling pools or hot tubs
• Other intentional or preventable water use
