Branch County Democrats were proud to support our neighbors to the east as Hillsdale County Democrats organized their first annual Hillsdale County Pride Event & Picnic. Great turnout, delicious food, appearances by candidates running for office and a lot of fun complete with tie dye shirt making. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🩵🩷🤍

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE YEMENI MEET AND GREET PORTION OF ABDUL’S VISIT ON JUNE 5th HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM 2:00 TO 1:00.

Branch County Democrats are excited to host a fun and informative Meet and Greet with Dr Abdul El Sayed- candidate for Michigan U.S. Senator on June 5th. Prior to the general public meet and greet at 4:30 Abdul will be meeting with members from the Yemeni community and anyone else who would like to be part of that meeting at 12:30. Attached are the flyers links for both events which includes an RSVP link and is necessary in order to obtain the venue location and address. We have worked hard to make this happen and are thrilled that the campaign has accepted our invitation. Abdul and two other candidates are competing for the party’s nomination in the August 4th Primary. If you are still undecided or even if you are leaning toward another candidate, this is a wonderful opportunity to meet and hear directly from Abdul.

A message from our MDP Chair Curtis Hertel. We hope everyone has an opportunity to enjoy a meaningful Memorial Day.

Memorial Day is set aside to honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to this country, neighbors and friends who answered the call knowing the risks and went anyway.

That kind of courage deserves more than a moment. It deserves a lifetime of gratitude.

We honor our fallen heroes today by never forgetting their selflessness in serving our country. Their sacrifice serves as a constant inspiration to continue our work for freedom and democracy.

However you're spending today, I hope you take a quiet moment to reflect on those who made it all possible.
