Republican Chris Scotti is a successful entrepreneur in Brazos County who has led a series of technology, consulting and non-profit organizations. He is also a former member of the College Station city council where he earned a reputation for rooting out corruption and being a champion of smaller government by focusing on core services and eliminating wasteful spending. In addition, Chris has served the community on the board of directors of the Research Valley Partnership and the Bryan Rotary Club. He spent over ten years on the legislative committee for the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce, and he is a founding member of a joint task force of Brazos Valley business associations that advocates for business-friendly policies at the state and local level. Chris and his wife, Hayley, have been married for 9 years and are the proud parents of a 3 year old son, Thomas.
