This week, we proudly recognize National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, April 12–18.

Behind every emergency call is a calm, steady voice making a difference when it matters most. Our 911 dispatchers are the first link in the chain of public safety, providing critical information, reassurance, and support to both the public and first responders.

The Colon Community Fire and Rescue extends our sincere appreciation to our dedicated telecommunicators for their professionalism, compassion, and commitment to serving our community every day.

Thank you for being the unseen heroes behind the headset.

We can't say THANK YOU enough for coming out and supporting our departments tonight for dinner. The room was packed from start to finish! This means the world to us and your support and generosity directly impacts our communities and our members. Thank you all again!
