Due to inclement weather and hazardous travel conditions, Flour Bluff ISD will cancel all Summer School programs, activities, athletic events, Boys & Girls club, and the Summer Meals Program on Tuesday, June 16.

The safety of our students, staff, and families remains our top priority.

District staff will continue to monitor conditions and provide updates regarding Wednesday’s programs and activities as information becomes available.

We encourage all families to continue monitoring district communication channels for updates.

Learning, leading, and sharing! 🌊📚

Today at ME by the Sea at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, Mrs. Hammer and Mrs. Martinez continued their professional learning while giving back to fellow educators through conference presentations.

Mrs. Hammer presented on building and leveraging collaboration networks to strengthen teaching and learning, while Mrs. Martinez shared how educators can use AI tools to design engaging Project-Based Learning (PBL) experiences for students.

We are proud of these educators for representing our campus and sharing innovative practices that support student success both in and beyond the classroom!

📚 26-27 Intermediate School Supply List 🎒

If you prefer to skip the in-store shopping, you can now order pre-packaged school supply boxes online through Impacks. Each box includes all the required supplies for your child’s grade level, making back-to-school prep quick and easy.

Please note that you will still need to purchase a Zip Binder with a shoulder strap separately. There is a link on the Impacks site to some recommended options for your convenience.

Once ordered, the supply boxes will be delivered directly to our school. You will then be able to pick up your child’s box and take it to their classroom during Meet the Teacher on Monday, August 10th, 2026!

This achievement reflects your dedication, hard work, and commitment to student success. We are proud to celebrate this well-deserved recognition and the positive impact you make every day.

After closely monitoring the weather conditions, Flour Bluff ISD will operate on a normal schedule today, Wednesday 5/27.

We encourage all students, staff, and families to use caution while traveling and drive safely. To allow additional flexibility due to weather-related conditions, tardies will be excused.

FBISD will continue monitoring conditions and provide updates if necessary.
