Council Bluffs Public Library is looking for adult volunteers to help with our Homebound Deliveries! 🚘🏠

Delivery occurs on Wednesdays between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Responsibilities include delivering materials on an assigned route, returning materials to library staff, and noting any issues with delivery or additional library patron needs.

Please join us for this humorous author talk! Elisha Wells Stroupe has compiled a second collection of stories as a small town girl trying to raise two farm boys in Desperate Farm Mom. In her first book, Desperate Farmwives, she wrote about adjusting to farm life with her husband. Now, in her second book, she discusses the humorous differences of how life looks like for children on the farm rather than as a townie. These stories may just help other moms realize they aren’t doing so bad after all, in comparison. 🐄👩‍🌾📚
