If you're in the Council Bluffs area and facing a housing crisis, struggling to make ends meet, or simply don't know where to start, our walk-in services are here to help.

📅 Walk-In Hours:
Mondays & Wednesdays
🕙 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
🕜 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
(Closed for lunch from 12:30–1:30 p.m.)

During your visit, our team can assist with:
🏡 Housing problem-solving and stability planning
🤝 Wrap-around support and community resources
📋 Coordinated Entry navigation
💵 Financial assistance (when available and eligible)
❤️ Crisis response and individualized support

Please bring any documentation you have available, such as:
• Photo ID
• Social Security cards
• Proof of income
• Rent notice
• Utility bill

No one should have to face a housing crisis alone. Whether you're looking for answers, resources, or someone to help you navigate your options, we're here to listen and help you take the next step toward stability.
