Winter Hours Update: We will maintain our regular operating hours, with the exception of Fridays, when we will close at 5:30PM unless a scheduled program is scheduled for that evening. We are currently seeking volunteers to assist us between 5:30-7:30 PM. If you are interested in giving back to the community, this is an excellent opportunity to do so. Wow, what a summer! We just wrapped up our Summer Reading Program and it was a real page-turner (see what we did there? 😜). We had 24 activities that drew in a whopping 288 patrons - that's a lot of bookworms! We got our hands dirty with digging, got creative with clay art, leveled up at video game night, and even learned about the Prince of Wales flying squirrels from the Troopers (who knew they were a thing? 🐿️). Huge thanks to our partners in crime, Papas Pizza, Annie Betty's, and Prince of Wales Electronics, and our sponsors, Black Bear Store and Inter Island Ferry Authority, for helping us make this summer one for the books (okay, we'll stop with the book puns now). Keep on reading, and don't forget to have a great academic year ahead!
