A Message From the Heart of Crivitz Rescue
To Our Community,
In a small community like ours, we are more than just neighbors. We are friends, families, coworkers, and familiar faces. We celebrate together, support one another through difficult times, and come together when it matters most. It is that sense of community that makes Crivitz such a special place to call home.
In light of the recent tragic vehicle accidents that have deeply affected our community, we at Crivitz Rescue want to take a moment to express both our heartfelt condolences and our sincere gratitude.
First and foremost, our hearts are with the families, friends, and loved ones of those whose lives were tragically lost. No words can take away the pain of losing someone you love, and no amount of time can erase the impact they leave behind. Please know that you are not alone in your grief. An entire community stands beside you, mourning with you, praying for you, and holding you close in our hearts.
We also want to recognize the first responders who have answered these difficult calls. Behind every uniform is a person. Someone who has a family, someone who feels, someone who carries the weight of the moments they witness long after the emergency is over. Our local firefighters, law enforcement officers, dispatchers, EMS personnel, and others give so much of themselves in service to others, often during moments that are incredibly difficult.
First responders may be trained to respond to tragedy, but that does not mean they are untouched by it.
To every first responder who has been affected by these recent events: We see you. We appreciate you. And we hope you know that your compassion, dedication, and willingness to show up during someone’s worst moments do not go unnoticed. It is okay to lean on one another, to seek support, and to remember that you, too, are human.
To the families of our local first responders, thank you. Thank you for sharing your loved ones with this community, for understanding the unexpected calls, the missed moments, and the emotional weight that can come with this profession. Your support behind the scenes means more than words can express.
And to our incredible community surrounding us here in crivitz, thank you.🙏🏼

Thank you for the words of encouragement, the prayers, the generosity, and the unwavering support you extend to our department and fellow emergency services in our area.
Whether through a simple thank-you, a thoughtful gesture, even recent Facebook posts, or standing beside us during difficult times, your compassion reminds us why we are so proud to serve this community.
There are moments in emergency services when we are reminded just how fragile life can be. Moments that remind us that every call involves someone’s loved one, someone’s entire world. These moments are difficult, but they also remind us of the importance of compassion, unity, and looking out for one another.
As our community continues to grieve and heal from multiple instances these past few months, we ask that you continue to extend kindness to the families affected, offer support to the first responders involved, and hold your loved ones a little closer and send that message you’ve been meaning to send.
May we never forget the lives lost, the families forever changed, or the individuals who answered the call when they were needed most.
Crivitz Rescue is more than an ambulance service. We are members of this community. We are your neighbors, your friends, and your family. We share in your heartbreak, and we stand beside you through it.
