Georgia ACT is sharing an important affordable housing opportunity from the Housing Authority of DeKalb County.

Beginning Friday, August 21, 2026, three Project Based Voucher (PBV) waiting lists are scheduled to open:

🏠 Antioch Villas & Gardens
Age 55+ | 2 Bedroom Waiting List

Project Based Vouchers provide rental assistance for specific apartment communities. The assistance is tied to the unit, not the tenant.

✅ Applicants must meet income and eligibility requirements
