🏆 CONGRATULATIONS, MS. RODGERS! 🐾

Today, we celebrate our very own Special Assistant for Special Projects, Ms. Angela Rodgers, on being named a 2026 Grassroots Giant by Freedom to Choose Schools (FTCS)!

Last school year, DPA had the privilege of joining FTCS on a trip to the Georgia State Capitol, where we advocated for stronger charter schools, greater access to educational resources and funding, and opportunities that help charter school students thrive.

Ms. Rodgers continues to be a powerful advocate for our school community and for the future of education.

A special thank you to all of the parents who took time out of their day to join us for our first-ever Principal, Coffee & Conversation with Principal Malcolm Brown!

Parents had the opportunity to connect, share concerns, discuss expectations, ask questions, and have meaningful conversations about how we can continue working together to support our scholars and strengthen our school community.

This is just the beginning! The first of many Principal, Coffee & Conversations are already on the calendar. You don’t want to miss the next one!

The full DeKalb Preparatory Academy Glee Club roster is officially here! Congratulations to every scholar selected to use their voice, talent, and creativity to represent DPA this school year.

From 3rd through 8th grade, these Bulldogs are ready to make their voices heard and bring energy, confidence, and school pride to every performance. A special shoutout to Mr. Rice for helping lead and develop our Glee Club!
