League of Women Voters of Jefferson County The League of Women Voters exists to Defend Democracy and Empower Voters! A nonpartisan, nonprofit organization since 1952 in Jefferson County.

The League of Women Voters does not support or oppose candidates for office at any level of government or political parties. At the same time, the League is wholeheartedly political and works to influence policy through advocacy. It is the original grassroots citizen network, directed by the consensus of its members nationwide. Membership is open to individuals who are 16 years or older. Welcome to the League of Women Voters of Jefferson County, CO, page! Please follow these guidelines when using our page. Diversity of opinions is encouraged; open discussion of the issues also. We will be posting news, stories from other Leagues and partner organizations, ways you can get involved, and other great information. Please keep comments and wall posts clean and relevant. We want you to tell us what's on your mind, but if it falls into any of the categories below, we’ll have to remove it:
