Last week at Judi’s House, our team came together for a meaningful Staff Development Day. 💙

We kicked off the day with a DiSC workshop led by Dr. Christie Cooper (Cooper Consulting Group, Inc.), who guided us in exploring our own leadership styles and helped us gain a deeper appreciation for how others lead. In the afternoon, our “Passion Parade” brought light-hearted inspiration as staff shared about a passion of their choice in quick 2–3 minute presentations.

We're grateful for a team that’s always learning, growing, and bringing their full selves to the work we do everyday. ✨

According to our 2021 CBEM Key Topic Report on Race & Ethnicity, 1 in 26—about 176,430—Asian or Pacific Islander children in the U.S. will experience the death of a parent or sibling by their 18th birthday.
