Pathways Academy Detroit Pathways Academy Charter School in Detroit is a traditional high school geared toward 7th through 12th grade pregnant teens and young mothers and fathers.

Pathways Academy Charter School is chartered by Detroit Public Schools (DPS) and operated by Innovative Educational Programs (IEP). It’s a traditional high school with a supportive learning environment geared toward 7th through 12th grade pregnant teens and young mothers and fathers. Pathways’ curriculum is designed to meet students where they are academically, allowing them to work at their own p

ace through blended instruction that incorporates online and classroom learning. Traditional classes such as math, science and English are taught, as well as life-skills through specialized programs such as financial literacy, cooking and parenting classes. Pathways’ dedicated faculty, counselors and administrative staff mentor students as they help them address the unique challenges of being a parent in high school.

Happy Staff Appreciation Week

Pathways Academy Staff,

I just want to take a moment to say thank you for everything you do, every single day. The care, patience, and love you pour into our students truly make a difference. You don’t just show up to work… you show up for our students in ways that change lives.

I see the extra effort, the long days, the small moments that turn into big impact and I am so grateful. Pathways is special because of each of you.

I appreciate you more than words can express.

There will be a small token of appreciation in the staff lounge (multipurpose room) each day. See the attached flyer for details.

We will also be raffling off appreciation gifts throughout the day on Tuesday.

Please enjoy the treats and remember you are very much appreciated.

Pathways Academy Staff,

I just want to take a moment to say thank you for everything you do, every single day. The care, patience, and love you pour into our students truly make a difference. You don’t just show up to work… you show up for our students in ways that change lives.
