We are incredibly grateful and excited to share that Dollar General Literacy Foundation has selected the Edgeley Public Library & Bookmobile as a recipient of a 2026 Summer Reading Grant!

This support means so much to our small rural library and community. The funding will help bring our Unearth a Story Summer Reading Program to life through books, hands-on activities, learning opportunities, and memorable experiences for local youth and families this summer.

Thank you to Dollar General Literacy Foundation for investing in literacy, imagination, and rural communities like ours. We cannot wait to dig into stories together this summer!

Books…movies…kids hanging out, reading in the library all day…summer has begun!

There’s something special about a library full of excited students discovering new books, exploring STEM activities, and finding the next story they can’t wait to dive into. Days like these remind us why we love what we do at the library!
A huge thank you to Willowbank Colony for making the trip to visit us, and to Mrs. Larsen, Mrs. Knutson, and Mrs. Elhard for all of your help and support throughout the day. We loved having everyone at the library and can’t wait for the next visit!

It was great visiting with so many families last night at Edgeley Public School. If you didn't make it, here are the library's summer activities. This includes all programming for all ages (adults too!). All programs will have an event with the details on the FB page. Thank you for supporting the library!

Our Bookmobile stops this week! Thank you for helping us collect/return those books. Edgeley, feel free to drop in the drop box at the library, put in the bin at the school, or I will be there Wednesday night for summer sign-in, and you can bring books at that time as well! Thank you for a great school year. See you this summer!!!
