Situated immediately southwest of Minneapolis in Hennepin County, Minnesota, Edina has a population of 53,494. It is a first-ring suburb known for its shopping and dining, its parks and recreational facilities and the excellent quality of life for residents. Edina is just a few minutes’ drive from downtown Minneapolis and easily reachable from multiple highways and freeways. The City is conveniently divided into four sections by Minnesota State Highways 62 and 100. Metro Transit offers bus service to parts of Edina.

Early voting for the Nov. 3 General Election begins today, Friday, Sept. 18! Edina residents can vote early at Edina City Hall, 4801 W. 50th St., from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays through Nov. 2. Additional weekend and extended voting hours are available.

Don't forget Edina City Hall is not a polling place on Election Day (Tuesday, Nov. 3). Residents voting on Nov. 3 must go to their assigned polling place.

Find all early voting hours, request an absentee ballot or locate your Election Day polling place at EdinaMN.gov/Elections.
