Elroy Public Library Elroy's library since 1908 Elroy Public library has been in operation since 1908. It is a member of the Winding Rivers Library System.

Remember to Just Let Kids have Time to Play! Wednesday is our Free Play day… 54 children were allowed 90 minutes to do what they feel like (following our 3 rules of no running, no screaming, and to Be Cool). It is amazing the joy of this day. Not pictured are the 10-15 kids doing arts & crafts in basement.
