📚 Schedule Change Reminder

Just a reminder that we will begin conducting schedule changes tomorrow, Monday, August 17th.

Schedule changes will be available during the following times:

Monday, August 17th: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, upper classman
Tuesday, August 18th: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Wednesday, August 19th: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Please make plans accordingly and take advantage of these times if you need to make a schedule adjustment. We are hoping to see as many upper classman as possible on the first day so we can ensure we are getting graduation requirements but we do understand work schedules, we will gladly help any student that shows up.

📢 New Student Orientation will be held on Monday, August 24th at 6:00 PM.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back and getting the 2026–27 school year off to a great start! 🐾

Parents of Fall Athletes — Important Reminder

Thank you to everyone who has already been working to get your student-athlete’s information uploaded into Arbiter! We appreciate your help as we work to get all of our fall athletes cleared and ready for their seasons.

To help us complete the remaining steps in the process, all fall athlete information needs to be uploaded by Monday at noon. Once the information is submitted, we have additional steps that must be completed on our end, which is why we are asking everyone to meet this updated deadline.

Please keep the following updated guidance in mind:

Student Physical: Please make sure the physical is completed on the current WVSSAC form. The updated form will say “Revised 3-26” in the top right-hand corner.
If you need the updated form, visit WVSSAC.org → Forms → Sports Medicine. Only the front page (parent/student informational side) needs to be completed and uploaded.
Transportation: If you indicate that you may transport students other than your own, please upload a copy of your driver’s license and current vehicle insurance in the Insurance section of Arbiter.
Medical Insurance Card: Under Concerns and Comments → Health/Medical, answer Yes to the final question. This will provide a space to upload your medical insurance card.
Yellow Medical Release Form: If you upload your medical insurance card, you do not need to upload the yellow medical release form.
Corrections: If additional information or a correction is needed, Arbiter will send you an email from Arbitersports.com explaining what needs to be updated.

We know there are several pieces to the registration process, and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation as we work through the updated requirements. Our goal is to make sure everything is completed correctly and our student-athletes are ready to participate without delays. If your student only plays a sport in the winter or spring go ahead and upload their information if you have it, nothing like getting ahead on the school year.

📚 CLASS SCHEDULES & SCHEDULE CHANGES

Class schedules can now be viewed through the WVEIS Student/Parent Portal.

Students who need to request a schedule change may do so beginning Monday, August 17th, from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. Schedule changes on Monday will be available for upperclassmen.

Schedule change opportunities will also be available on:

* Tuesday, August 18th
* Wednesday, August 19th

Please review your schedule carefully before requesting a change. We look forward to seeing everyone and having a great start to the 2026–2027 school year! 🐾

Registration Steps:
1. Click 'Request Parent Access' on the portal page.
2. Use the same email on file with your child's school.
3. Follow the email instructions to create your password.

Important for Employees: Do not use your K12 email address.

Use a personal email to register. Requirements to Register:- You must be listed as a guardian in WVEIS.

Your email must match the school's record.- Online access must be enabled in WVEIS. Need Help? Forgot your password?

Click 'Request Parent Access' to reset it.
Changed your email? Update it with your child's school and re-register. Still need help? Contact your child's school directly.

As a reminder, student-athletes will be permitted to begin practice as long as they have:

✅ A completed physical form with all required signatures
✅ A notarized yellow Medical Release Form

Due to the late rollout of Arbiter Registration, students do not have to have their Arbiter paperwork uploaded and approved before the first practice. However, all required documents must be uploaded and approved in Arbiter before the student’s first athletic contest.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we transition to the new registration process.

Please be advised that we do not have freshman orientation today at North Marion High School. The information that is out there is for the North Marion in Florida.

North Marion High School located in Farmington WV will hold orientation on August 24th at 6pm. More information will be released at a later date.
