September 11 Remembrance Ceremony

The City of Fillmore invites the community to join the Fillmore Fire Department for a remembrance ceremony honoring the lives lost and the heroes who answered the call on September 11, 2001.

🚦 TRAFFIC SIGNAL OUTAGE | SEMÁFORO FUERA DE SERVICIO 🚦

The traffic signal at Highway 126 and A Street is currently out of service. Motorists must treat the intersection as a four-way stop and proceed with caution.

City staff has notified Caltrans, which has jurisdiction over the signal. Please remain alert and allow additional travel time while service is restored.

El semáforo ubicado en la intersección de la Carretera 126 y A Street está actualmente fuera de servicio. Los conductores deben tratar la intersección como un alto en las cuatro direcciones y avanzar con precaución.

Fillmore will be experiencing extreme heat throughout the week, and the City of Fillmore will be activating the Cooling Center to provide residents with a safe place to escape the heat.

🕚 Wednesday | 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
The Cooling Center may also open Thursday depending on temperatures. The City will share an update if an activation is needed.

The City of Fillmore is responding to an emergency water repair on Santa Clara Avenue. The approximate area affected is still being determined. Residents in the surrounding area may experience an interruption in water service until approximately 8:00 PM.

Public Works crews are on site and working to complete the repair as quickly as possible. An update will be shared as soon as additional information becomes available.
