City of Fillmore Was established July 10, 1914 located in the City of Fillmore, CA 93015.

Community members are invited to attend the Santa Clara River Valley Health Care Future Forum on Monday, August 3, 2026.
Health Management Associates will present possible future health care service options for the Santa Clara River Valley and Santa Paula Hospital before they are reviewed by the Ventura County Board of Supervisors on August 18.

Residents may attend in person or participate online. Live Spanish and Mixteco interpretation will be available for in-person attendees, and Spanish interpretation will be available through the livestream.

Traffic Advisory

City Public Works crews have been working diligently since this morning to complete an emergency water line repair near the Chevron station on Ventura Street (SR-126) at Highway 23.

During excavation, crews encountered unexpected conditions that have extended the repair. As a result, work will continue into the afternoon commute.

Motorists traveling eastbound on Ventura Street (SR-126) approaching A Street should expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes, if possible, or allow additional travel time.

Traffic control is in place, and crews are working as quickly and safely as possible to complete the repair.

City Public Works crews have been working diligently since this morning to complete an emergency water line repair near the Chevron station on Ventura Street (SR-126) at Highway 23.
