Yesterday a couple representatives from St. Robert School dropped off Blessing Bags to our Officers. This is part of their celebrating Catholic Schools Week. Another part of their celebration is themed days and yesterday was Hoedown Throwdown Thursday. Sgt. Hough thought they could not be the only ones with a surprise, so he surprised them with getting to meet our K9, C**t. By the look on C**t's face he has really been missing spending time with kids.

Thank you St. Robert School for the blessings and the goodies.

Thank you to Officer Jim Hough and C**t for attending the Raider Rally. When we approached to see C**t, who my son adores, Officer Hough asked if my son could hold on to him while he grabbed some more of C**ts cards. My son is still in awe and cannot believe he was able to hold his leash. Thank you so much for being such a great asset to our community and for making his entire year!
Huge thank you to the two officers at the Flushing Police Department who came to my home after our home alarm sounded from motion detected. I was completely shaken up being woken up at 4 am, with 3 small kids at home of course it was a scary time for me. I wish I would have gotten the names of the officers but I was so out of it so I hope this reaches them! I cannot thank them enough for not only their fast response, but also their kindness and the reassurance they provided me. I appreciate both of you men very much, thank you for your service 💙
Hi everyone. I live between mt Morris and Stanley in flushing township at about 1230am my black lab got loose from our backyard. Hoping we can locate him my wife and I are heartbroken he is super friendly his name is Harley he is about 11 years old. Please reach out if you see him.
Max a grey schnauzer went missing last night from his senior owner. He had a long length of rope attached to his collar. If you see Max please let me know!
Maybe you could come to the 8000 block of Nichols Road to stop the kids driving 100 mph.
Thank you so much for driving by for my sons 8th birthday!!! He loved the Sirens!!! Again, Thank you so much for helping his birthday be special!
I want to give a big THANK YOU to the wonderful police officers and fire fighter that took the time out of their busy schedules on Friday to help our son celebrate his 3rd birthday. It was so much more than we expected, and you made one little boy's day. Thank you for all you do!
We want to send a huge “Thank You!” for making Vaeda’s 7th birthday party a very memorable one! She’s always saying that she wants to be an office and today she felt like one!
Is there a current fire ban in the township? If so, is it allowable if in a fire-pit?
While many businesses are closed because of the danger to employees, our police officers are all working, just like they do every day. Even though the office is closed to the public, an officer is just a phone call away! Anytime you need an officer, call 9-1-1.
Just wanted to say Thank You to the Men and Women of the Flushing Township Police Dept while we are all suppose to be sitting home you are out there putting your own Health at risk to protect us a big THANK YOU
Mar 14, 2020, 2:47 PM To who ever stole all of the hardware that hold up the bird feeders... I've never had a theft in over five years (except for the raccoons taking feeders, that's why the pink tape is on them, so I can find them easier in the weeds or river shore) of feeding the birds. Not once. I was saddened and shocked to come upon my feeders all broken and laying on the ground because you threw them down and took the hardware. I have perfected my system to keep the furry ones from eating all if the seed with that hardware. I hope that you needed all of the, carabiners, screw clasps, chains, wire, etc. for a life saving issue or had to sell them for food. The blue birds have just returned and went without food for days because of your selfish crime. I'll pray for you. I can't afford to replace them as I already spend over $500 a month on food for the birds. No good deed goes unpunished I suppose. 😢😢😢
