We understand that some residents' recycling bins have been missed since the new driver took over for Waste Management. If your recycling bin was missed, please contact City Hall at 701-724-3673 so we can report the issue.

Thank you for your patience as we work through these issues with Waste Management.

As a reminder: please place your containers with the lids opening toward the street and allow at least 3 feet of space between each container and any other objects. Everything must be placed inside of the bin, not on top or beside it. Proper placement helps ensure your recycling is collected safely and efficiently.

Here's a reminder of Forman's fireworks ordinance as you celebrate this year:

Summary of ordinance--
Any individual who is at least 12 years of age, or under direct adult supervision, may use, explode, or possess any fireworks within the limits of the City of Forman during the periods of June 27 through July 5 each year, subject to the following restrictions:
a. June 27 through July 5, excluding July 3 and 4, legal time for use is 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
b. July 3 and 4 legal time for use is 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight).

Fireworks use at any other time other than these dates and times, and those specified for New Years, is prohibited.
