Join the Elkins Park Library and the Friends of High School Park for International Observe the Moon Night! 🌘🌗🌖🌕🌔🌓🌒

We'll start off at 7:00 PM with a talk by NASA Solar System Ambassador Ann Marie Schmiedekamp. Immediately following the talk, we will have two activities in the parking lot: moon viewing and crater creation. Bring your telescopes and enthusiasm for the cosmos and messy science!

This year's CTLS Summer Reading Challenge has come to a close. Game Night for Adults is now at the Elkins Park AND Glenside Libraries!

Have a fun night out playing board and card games with our open and friendly group! Volunteers will host tables featuring a variety of games. No prior knowledge of the games is needed, just your interest in having fun and learning new games. Optionally, you can bring a game you love to teach and play.

Mark your calendars! Youth Chess Club at the Elkins Park Library returns on Monday, August 31!

Tom Petersen (long-time Cheltenham resident and father of three) runs the club, teaching new players and facilitating matches. All skill levels are welcome! For ages 7 to 13.
