🥇 Special shoutout 🥇to the funding partners who took a leap of faith to start the program just over three years ago: Park River Community Development Corporation in the City of Park River, ND - Government, Grafton Economic Development Committee in the City of Grafton, North Dakota, and of course the Walsh County JDA, which also provides program and fiscal management.

As of December, 46 employees have used the program. The majority of jobs have been in the healthcare and education sectors.

No one should have to repeat their health history multiple times because providers lack the technology to communicate effectively.

North Dakota Health and Human Services is launching a new RHTP funding opportunity to help rural providers strengthen and modernize electronic medical record systems. Enhancements can improve care coordination, better address medical and behavioral health needs and improve outcomes for North Dakotans.

Approximately $500,000 per awardee in first-year funding is available. Applications are due July 29 at 5 p.m. CT.
