Between us, we have five awesome kids ranging 20 years in age, four beautiful grandkids, and an adorable Cavapoo named Gracie. orms of self-kindness. We know that healthier always is a part of happier; and leads to more smiles, which we're on a mission to help people find. Kylie's prayer each and every day is to Be a Light to others. She has spent a large part of her career in the fitness industry and in 2025 was thrilled to find a new wellness technology that aligns perfectly with her mission to help inspire people to live healthier, happier lives and ironically, is all based on light. The Sharing Smiles Journal is where it all began and was a true work of our hearts. The idea for the Journal was born in March of 2018. It took us several years to make it happen but, after hundreds of edits, a lot of learning, hard work and diligence we finally launched in December of 2020! We now have completed our final run of the journals and are excited to get them out into the world on a mission to positively impact others. THANK YOU
