Due to unforeseen circumstances, our Bingo with a Hero event scheduled with the Shawnee Fire Department will be postponed and rescheduled for a later date.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We look forward to welcoming the Shawnee Fire Department to the library soon and will share the new date as soon as it is confirmed.

🇺🇸 Help Us Honor Our Community Veterans 🇺🇸

As part of America’s 250th Anniversary celebration, the Marion Lawrence Memorial Library is creating a special community veteran display to honor those who have served our country. ❤️🤍💙

We are asking community members to share photos of veterans from our area — past or present — along with their name, branch of service, and any details you would like included.

Photos may be dropped off at the library during open hours or sent to us through Facebook Messenger. Originals will be carefully returned.

Help us celebrate and remember the heroes of our community as we honor 250 years of America’s history.

📚🦖 Unearth a Story this summer at the Marion Lawrence Memorial Library!

Join us Thursday, June 4th from 2–6 p.m. to register for our Summer Reading Program! Stop in for a scavenger hunt, enjoy a popsicle, pick up a calendar of events, and enter a raffle.

Adults can join the fun too — receive one raffle entry for every 5 items checked out throughout the program!
