Judge Shannon Neely swore in Carson Bleich as the new 2026 Probate Court intern. Carson will serve as a law clerk and is a senior at Erskine College in South Carolina and will be entering Law School next year. The probate court's internship program is highly successful and is totally funded by a grant from the Association of the County Commissioners of Georgia.
