🎁 😇The Salvation Army of Greenville's Angel Tree Assistance program is now accepting applications from families struggling financially who would like help providing gifts for their children this Christmas.

Applications will be accepted until October 15, 2026, or until capacity is reached.

🖍 Our 2026 Angel Tree Coloring Contest is now LIVE!

The Salvation Army of Greenville is inviting children in our community to design the logo for our 2026 Angel Tree season. The deadline to submit artwork is Oct. 8, so don't delay!

✅Eligibility
Children up to 12 years old
Must live in Greenville, SC
One entry per child
Entries due by October 8, 2026

🖍️ Submission Guidelines
Artwork must be original and created by the child.
Hand-drawn or digital entries are welcome.
Design should reflect the Angel Tree and Christmas spirit.
Ensure the child’s name is written lightly on the back (for in-person) or included in the email filename (for email).

🏆 Winner
Selected by a judging panel; announced on October 15, 2026
The winning design becomes the official Angel Tree 2026 logo and may be used in print and digital materials.
The winner will take pictures with The Salvation Army Officers, Marine Corps League, and Toys for Tots soldiers.
The Winner and their logo will be shared on all social media platforms for Greenville’s Salvation Army.

Thank you to Naomi Popa from WYFF News 4 for visiting our shelter campus today to shine a light on the critical renovations we're raising funds to complete.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support The Salvation Army during our 4th annual Christmas in July fundraiser today at Fluor Field! 🌴😎

We celebrated the many volunteers and community partners who participated in The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Impact Campaign last holiday season. Their efforts helped raise $59,577, a new record set by volunteers, to support our organization’s mission programs throughout the year in Greenville. In addition, volunteers served more than 1,000 hours during the Red Kettle Season -- a new record for The Salvation Army of Greenville!

We recognized the top five volunteer bell-ringing groups that raised the most funds during the Red Kettle Impact campaign. Listed alphabetically, the top volunteer groups were:

Greenville Civitan Club
Greenville Rotary Club
Mr. & Mrs. Powell's Classes, Stone Academy
The Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary
Simpsonville Rotary and Kiwanis Clubs

We also recognized Fox Carolina for their generous support of The Salvation Army’s programs throughout the year. They received the Red Shield Partner Award in appreciation for their support and assistance in helping hundreds of children in Greenville receive Christmas gifts through The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program, as well as volunteering with the Red Kettle Impact Campaign.

The proceeds raised at the Christmas in July event:
* Provide emergency shelter to men, women, and children 365 days a year
* Prepare food boxes for individuals and families experiencing food insecurity
* Assist those struggling to make ends meet with utility and rent so they can stay in their homes
* Coordinate disaster relief for those who have lost everything due to fire or other natural disasters
* Provide spiritual and emotional care to those in need
