Cedar Ridge Elementary School

Cedar Ridge Elementary School Cedar Ridge Elementary, CRE, is a K-5 school located in Grovetown, GA. We are part of the Columbia County School system.

Our purpose is to become Literacy Leaders in educational excellence where each child is engaged, enriched, and inspired. Last week, Mrs. Garrett’s science students took their science lesson on the “road!”🏎️ They grabbed their cotton swabs and Petri dishes and performed swab tests around the school. 🦠 We will be watching to see your results, Owls! 🦉

Her classes also watched some EPIC balloon and yeast races as they learned how yeast needs to “eat” sugar for energy to grow!
