Our Cross Country team did great today!! As it is Halloween week, this meet always has a costume contest. Hackberry had an aerobics instructor (Hadlie), a misfit (Devin) and the Joker (Kynlin).
Kynlin won the girls’ costume contest!

Join us on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the OEP Building for our November Cameron 4-H Junior Leader meeting!

During the meeting, we will be making: Christmas blankets and floral arrangements for elderly residents of Cameron Parish

We are also collecting:
Canned goods for the Cameron Parish Food Pantry
Plastic grocery bags to be used in making sleeping mats and blankets for the homeless

November 3 is the final day to join Junior Leaders for the 2026-2027 year! Be sure to bring any outstanding forms and dues.

Together, let's spread Christmas cheer and make a difference in our community this holiday season!

All animal information and registration papers must be uploaded to 4-H Online by the deadline. Enter your animal's information under the "Animal" tab and upload any required documents, including registration papers, Louisiana Bred numbers (if applicable), and tag numbers. Steps 2 and 3 must be completed to finalize validation. Have all original paperwork ready before beginning the process. If you need pending papers form, please contact the office asap.

THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT IS A RULE AND WILL BE IMPLEMENTED THIS YEAR.
PLEASE ADHERE TO THE DEADLINES. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
$250 fee to submit official registration papers after the published deadline. Our current deadline says registration papers meeting show rules must be uploaded into 4-H Online no later than 30-days AFTER possession deadline. (This late fee will be paid to District Show Managers for any papers submitted after the published deadline; with that absolute last opportunity to submit late registration papers being the 1st Friday in January.) If papers and fee are not paid by January 3rd you will not be allowed to show at all.

Art 1 students with their "Fun Skeleton" projects! 💀🎨
Students used the grid method to draw their skeletons, then used paint pens to outline their drawings and add fun accents and expressive lines, giving their artwork a fun pop of color!
