Renewed my driver license today. It’s in the old Bank of Hawaii building by Longs Downtown. If you make your appt and fill out your papers before you go, it’s pretty efficient.

Mahalo Nakihalani Farm for the Mamaki Tea. We took it to Mauna Kea Beach Hotel for a taste test with Melinda and Sharon! Mamaki tea is a caffeine-free Hawaiian herbal drink known for providing high levels of antioxidants, supporting heart health, and easing digestion. Made from the native Pipturus albidus plant, it has been used for centuries in traditional healing.

Mahalo Da Box CSA for shredded cassava. I like it in this savory presentation. This reminded me of tater tots or latkes which I love!!! The green onions and arugula also from my Da Box CSA bag also went into this dish.

Taking apart and cleaning one hydroponic farmstand and setting up the other. Lots of nira/garlic chives to harvest and eat. Love my Lettuce Grow Farmstand.
