The Office of County Administration (OCA) was established by the Harris County Commissioners Court and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Harris County government. OCA is led by County Administrator Diana Ramirez and is tasked with direct supervision of 16 departments and broad coordination of long-term strategic planning efforts, performance management, and fiscal responsibility in alignment with Commissioners Court goals.
