This Madison County School System campus social media page aims to share important information about the district and campus with the public and engage in an open and respectful dialogue. To help us accomplish this goal, we ask that you abide by the following guidelines:

- Want to boost your product sales? Publish a personal page, and leave ours for sharing news and insights about our district.

- Stay on topic. This page is dedicated to educating students in the Madison County School System and this school. Comments are welcome as long as they directly relate to a topic.

- Have a question for a specific employee? Contact them privately. Fans should not expect responses to every question or comment on this page.

- Be aware of the mission. The mission of Madison County School System and this school is education. Please ensure your comments are appropriate for an educational environment and fans of all ages.

- Be factual; blatantly inaccurate information will not be allowed. MCSS social media managers will remove false information and post accurate information.

Tomorrow is THE day! We've put together a few reminders to make the day as smooth as possible.
REMINDER: If you have a NEW to Mt. Carmel student, Kindergarten, or PreK student, you may walk them in tomorrow or on their Phase In Day only. You MUST check in through our Kiosk and go through the Open Gate system, so bring your driver's license to scan before entering the building. You will not be allowed in the building without valid ID.

Good news — the PowerSchool Parent Portal is NOW open to view teacher assignments for the 2026–2027 school year! 🎉 Please note: some schools in our district may still be locked in PowerSchool until the first day of school.

Important updates: • If your child’s teacher shows as Mrs. Dean, their teacher will now be Mrs. Brown. Mrs. Dean has moved to our Reading Interventionist position!
• Ms. Bjornseth has changed her name to Mrs. Carter after getting married this summer — same teacher, new name! 💍

Don't forget Meet the Teacher is Monday from 3-6pm. We hope to see you there!
