There are leaders who manage buildings, and then there are leaders who truly change lives.
Congratulations to our amazing principal on being named the Susan Jordan Administrator of the Year, an honor that reflects not only excellence in leadership, but the heart behind it!
At the heart of every decision, he keeps students first. That unwavering commitment to children can be seen in every hallway conversation, every student celebration, every encouraging word, and every opportunity he creates for others to grow.
He leads with humility, serves with compassion, and supports his teachers and staff in ways that make us feel seen, valued, and empowered. He builds relationships before recognition, chooses people over praise, and reminds us daily what servant leadership truly looks like.
Schools are better because of leaders like him. Teachers are stronger because of his support. Students are more successful because they are loved, challenged, and believed in every single day.
This award is incredibly deserved, but to those of us who get the privilege of working alongside him, he has been Administrator of the Year for a long time already.
