Who is the jerk you have working on Echo Pass in Portola Hills right now? I was parked along the curb, picking something up from a friend's house, and a flood of water came from up the street from a hydrant. It's trash day, and it pushed a can down the street and hard into my vehicle. I got in my vehicle, drove up the street, and asked the man shown who is responsible for the water and if he was with the city. He replied rudely that he was responsible and with IRWD. I informed him that I was going to go home and check my vehicle for damage. He just stood there and said nothing. I had to say to him, "You could at least say sorry" to get a rude reply. Great employee you have there.
Just needed to come here and say, WOW! I called customer service to request a new cover for our water meter box, ours was cracking and missing a corner. They said sure, we'll put in an order. It was replaced within the HOUR!! Awesome response, thanks so much!
Is IRWD still offering monetary incentives for removing turf?
Why can't I get someone on the phone to help me with setting up the new autopayment system. When trying to set it up it says my account is invalid.

Hi. My grandkiddos and I went walking through the San Joaquin Marsh. We LOVE it. I have a question: are there turtles in the ponds? My 5 year old grandson said that he saw a turtle pop its head out of the water. Also, we saw a Crayfish looking animal in the water, right at the edge. It was so cool!!! We only saw one other person there, a man jogging. It was a wonderful day!!! THANK YOU for your answer about the turtle, if you know.
Has the water pressure increased due to all the businesses being shutdown during the pandemic? (less water flowing = higher pressure). We had a pinhole leak in a pipe, and I'm wondering if higher water pressure contributed to it.
I received my closing bill for 293 Stanford Ct. Irvine. Included is a charge for $30.85 which was paid 3/19. Will enclose remaining portion of bill of $12.96
Been running my own tests on the pinhole leak problem with copper pipes. I have a more plausible theory that makes more sense then the argument of Chloramines in the water supply. Anyone interested?
Due to increasing COYOTE problems in populated areas, it might be wise to make plans to remove these wild animals before they take the life of a child or much loved pet. They are hunting on YOUR property on Laguna Canyon Road and the 405 (the water reserve site) in pairs, late at night and disturbing our sleep. They need to be trapped and returned to more wooded areas far enough away from people. Do not think you will not have consequences to inaction if there is injury or loss of any life due to their presence so close to residential areas.
Your meeting minutes do NOT report the vote of each member/director as required by law/ Brown Act! Please correct then contact me I will check!!
Dear IRWD, just a comment about your website. It was not easy to find the monthly bill on your website. it would be appreciated if you could make it more user friendly to find the bill content instead of just showing the total due. Thank you!
