Hurricane prep doesn't wait for storm season. JEA and the City of Jacksonville, Florida - Government just wrapped a multi-day hurricane exercise with "Zora" - a simulation of a Category 2 storm modeled after the real Hurricane Dora that struck Northeast Florida in 1964.

Over three days, our teams practiced proactive shutdowns, large-scale restoration, and coordinated incident command. The goal? Find the gaps before a real storm does.
