We are getting close to the end of the Summer Reading Program! Reading time stops at midnight this Saturday, August 15th. Participants are able to continue to collect and submit tickets though 3:00pm next Saturday, August 22nd. We allow the extra week to turn in time incase participants are on vacation or if they cannot come in on the last day. This allows readers to maximize their reading time! The raffle drawings will take place at 3:15pm on Saturday, August 22nd. Please contact the library with any questions.

This Saturday, August 15th, is the end of our Summer Reading Program. To celebrate, we're throwing a party! Stop by between 12:00 and 4:00pm to join us for fun games, crafts, snacks, and more!
Also, don't forget that reading time stops at midnight this Saturday, August 15th as well. You still have next week until 3:00pm on Saturday, August 22nd to turn in time and pick up tickets. The raffles will be drawn at 3:15pm on August 22nd and winners called right away.

Today (Thurs. July 23rd) the Museum of Natural and Cultural History will be at the Jefferson Public Library at 12:30 to talk to us about bees! Join us for fun activities and learn all about bees in Oregon!

Don't forget! Today the library is hosting Red Yarn with fun songs and puppetry at 12:30! We are still planning on meeting on the lawn in front of the library, but depending on the weather, we may end up in our side room. Also, NEXT Thursday (July 23rd) we will have "Bee Amazed!" presented by the Museum of Natural and Cultural History. We'll see you soon!

Join us for fun songs and puppetry in a high-energy show with Red Yarn THIS Thursday, July 16th at 12:30pm! All ages are welcomed. Feel free to bring your own chairs or blankets to sit on and meet us on the lawn in front of the library. We will have metal folding chairs available as well. We'll see you then!

This Tuesday, July 14th the OSU Extension Office and 4-H will be coming back to Jefferson for another S.T.E.A.M. Day!!! Stop by the library at 2:30pm to find out how to make ice cream in a bag! They are looking into having dairy-free options as well. We hope to see you then. Contact the library for more information!

This Saturday, July 11th from 12:00 to 2:00pm there will be goats from Goat It Solutions at the library! Stop by to have some fun and play with goats! We'll see you then!
