We are feeling incredibly grateful and blessed here at the Lighthouse Christian Home!
We want to give a heartfelt thank you to a wonderful couple, Randy and Tacy Chittick from Darby Montana, who generously donated an amazing shed to us. It was such a wonderful gift and much needed. It was amazing to see when it was put in place that it matched exactly all our other outside structures, it was meant to be!
We also want to recognize Luke Miller, the delivery driver who went above and beyond, he delivered the shed and chose not to charge us a thing. What an incredible act of kindness and generosity!
A big thank you as well to Dwight and Ann Lamm, owners of Montana CAD, who came out and poured rock and sand to create a solid base for the shed. With the leftover materials, we were even able to improve our driveway, and thanks to Greg for finishing it up with the tractor, we now have a smooth, pothole-free drive!
Dwight and Ann have been such a blessing to the Lighthouse over the years, generously supporting us with many donations that have helped improve our grounds. We are truly so thankful for their continued kindness and support!
We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Cody at Sunbelt Rentals for so generously allowing us to use the gas powered plate compactor to get the sand and gravel packed down for the shed, as well as the trailer to haul it. We truly appreciate your willingness to let us use the equipment for the day at no cost, it made a big difference in helping us get the project completed. Thank you for your kindness and support!
We also recently received an incredible donation from John Bullo and Joann Harris, Leanne Shephard is there niece. This donation is specifically to help purchase hay and feed for our animals. This gift came at just the right time as we were just about out of hay, and it is such a blessing, this donation ensures that our sheep, goats, and cows are well cared for and thriving. It means so much to us to have people who not only support the Lighthouse, but also have a heart for the animals that are such a special part of life here. Acts of generosity like this truly make a direct and lasting impact every single day.
It’s amazing how God shows up every single day at the Lighthouse through unexpected blessings and generous hearts. Our little farm is coming together so beautifully, and it’s all because of the incredible support from donors across the valley and beyond. We are truly blessed.
We would love for you to come out and visit us! Meet our residents, see the Lighthouse, and enjoy our growing farm. We’ve had so many new arrivals lately, four baby sheep, six new baby goats, and one calf in just the past few weeks… with more on the way! With the sunshine sticking around, we’ve been soaking it all in and enjoying plenty of baby goat snuggles.
Thank you all for being part of what God is doing here at the Lighthouse ❤️
