Looking for a new feline friend? We currently have four wonderful cats waiting for loving forever homes.

Jordan – DMH Siamese, Brown, Adult Male
A quiet, reserved gentleman who enjoys a peaceful environment and likes to keep to himself while he gets to know you.
Cheeto – DSH Orange Tabby, Adult Male
A handsome orange tabby with bright eyes and a gentle personality. Cheeto is ready to find a family to call his own.
Bola – DLH Brown Tabby, Adult Female
This beautiful long-haired tabby is looking for a home where she can receive the love and care she deserves.

Ketchikan Gateway Borough Independence Day Closure Notice

In observance of Independence Day, the following Ketchikan Gateway Borough offices will be closed on Friday, July 3rd:
• White Cliff Building
• Pat Wise Animal Shelter
• Parks and Recreation is closed for annual maintenance June 29 and reopens July 6

🚍 Please note: Bus and Bus+ services will operate on their regular schedules, with a brief pause during the parade.
🐾 Animal Protection will remain available to respond to emergency calls throughout the day and night.
