Potomac Valley Hospital back operating normally.
Hospital staff advised to do 15 minute fire watch until system fixed. HVAC technicians en route.

PSA concerning burn permits in City Limits.

We are happy to share that the Keyser City Council has approved an updated burn permit ordinance for residents in the City Limits.

The current ordinance allows you to burn without a burn permit, but you must follow these rules outlined in the ordinance.

Burn piles under 5 feet X 5 feet. Contain in a ring, square, pit,fire bowl, ect.
Minimum 15 feet from any structures or combustible appurtenance.
There is no overhead obstruction creating a fire hazard including a roof, awning, canopy, utility line or tree limb.
At least 10 feet around the fire is cleared of grass, brush, stubble, leaves, debris, and other flammable material.
An adequate water source, charged garden hose, fire extinguisher, or other effective extinguishing equipment is available.
Only NATURAL MATERIALS are to be burned. Leaves, grass, brush, branches.
No trash, paper, cardboard, construction material including manufactured, diamential lumber are to be burned.
The fire does not create hazardous or offensive smoke, embers, oders, or other nuisance conditions affecting neighboring properties, public streets, public places, or persons.
The fire complies with all state burning guidelines, State Forest fire season requirements, and state and local burn bans.

Failure to follow the ordinance shall be subject to fines, ect.

DC22 with command. Vehicle struck a non load barring post ( not actually in the structure) command held with 22,33,47,50. Placed the rest of the assignment in service. E33-11 responded with 4+1
