For six weeks, our Chief Selects answered the call—embracing every challenge, overcoming adversity, and carrying forward the proud traditions of those who came before them. Along the way, they were tested, strengthened, and shaped as leaders, emerging from the journey stronger and more united.

Their hard-earned transformation was proudly recognized during the Chiefs Pinning Ceremony at NTTC Lackland, where they received their anchors and were officially welcomed into the Chiefs Mess.

To the families, shipmates, and mentors who supported them throughout this journey—thank you. Your encouragement, sacrifice, and unwavering belief in them played an important role in reaching this moment.

Congratulations to our newly pinned Chief Petty Officers. May you wear your anchors with pride, lead with purpose, and honor the legacy entrusted to you.

Today, the instructors, staff, and students of Naval Technical Training Center (NTTC) Lackland pause to honor and remember the 2,977 lives lost on September 11, 2001.

For the Master-at-Arms rate, 9/11 redefined our mission, elevated our calling, and forged a renewed dedication to anti-terrorism and force protection.

As the next generation of Navy Master at Arms prepare to stand the watch across the globe, we carry forward the legacy of the heroes, first responders, and service members who made the ultimate sacrifice.

We will never forget. Honor, Courage, Commitment.
