📚➕ Make Math a Family Affair! ➗✨

We’re excited to announce the PIQE Family Math Together Program at El Dorado Elementary School, starting August 19! 💙💛

This 8-week family program is designed to help families:
✨ Build confidence and overcome math anxiety
🧠 Learn fun strategies to support math at home
➕ Strengthen understanding of important math concepts
🏠 Discover ways to make math part of everyday life

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Families will learn and grow together!

📅 First Session: Wednesday, August 19
⏰ Orientation: 8:30am In-Person (Spanish) and 6:00pm Virtual (English)
📍 El Dorado Elementary School

Important Updates for Lancaster School District Families: Please review these 3 important updates for the 2026–27 school year:

🚲 E-Bikes & Scooters – New safety and age requirements apply.
📵 Phone-Free School Day – Phones and other personal devices must be silenced and put away during the school day.
💧 Water Bottles – Insulated metal bottles are not permitted. Please send students with plastic or silicone bottles.

Hello, Eagles! 🦅

We are so excited to welcome you all back next week! It's going to be an AWESOME school year. Teachers are getting ready to welcome you back to their classrooms and are looking forward to building great relationships with all our families.

Please be sure you are connected to ParentSquare for Back to School Night information and important updates about the first few days of school. Teachers will be providing specific information about their classrooms during Back to School Night on Monday, August 10th. We’ll also have our community partners, resource tables, and our wonderful office staff available to help with registration!

Be sure to log into PowerSchool at the end of the week to view your child's/children's assigned teachers. PowerSchool will also grant you access to monitor your child's/children's grades throughout the year.

Last week we had our Parent Partnership Meet & Greet.

Families got to meet the new admin team, share their hopes for the new school year, and enjoy some yummy treats!

We can't wait to partner with our El Dorado Families this school year!

La semana pasada celebramos nuestro encuentro de colaboración con las familias.

Las familias tuvieron la oportunidad de conocer al nuevo equipo directivo, compartir sus expectativas para el nuevo año escolar y disfrutar de unos bocadillos deliciosos.

We Would Like to Recognize Our Kindergarten Team : Ms. A'miyah , Ms. Alvarez , Ms. Claudia , Ms. Sandoval , Ms. Christina , Ms. Ortiz , Ms. Lee, and Ms. McGrath. Recognizing the hard work of being supportive, dependable, and consistent to provide a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for students. Their hard work on supporting students by meeting their needs on where they are at and giving them the tools and teaching the skills they need to grow.
